C.J. Prieto, a U.S. Army veteran, serial entrepreneur, and real estate investor, was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Today, he leads Anderson Capital Group, headquartered in Miami, Florida, where he specializes in value-add opportunities for both single-family and high-value commercial deals across the Southeastern United States.
With years of experience and involvement in dozens of transactions—ranging from residential investments to large-scale commercial acquisitions—CJ has developed extensive knowledge of complex deal structures and market dynamics. His expertise in industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and commercial assets has earned him the trust of investors and property owners alike.
